It’s time once again to Use Me and Abuse Me, so lets get this party started. Yeah baby! The idea is to introduce yourself, chat up the guests, and pick up some new followers.
Be a star and rock out in the comment section. Meet up and mingle!
Stop by with ONE link to a blog post and paste it in the comment section. Two will put you in my spam filter and I hate when I have to stop dancing to fish guests out of my filter. It’s so embarrassing…
Include a short hook to let people know what your story is about. A post works better than your blog URL since a guest may click over to your place and not know where you keep the beer or the chips. When you link a post, it takes the guest right to the heart of your home where they can read your story.
Don’t bring one of your friend’s URLs, since they may not come by to party with us and that defeats the purpose. Remember. This is about you. That is also why you should never drop off your link and run. You wouldn’t go to a party, fill a doggy bag and go home.
If you leave a link, click on a few. Tell them, “Susie sent me.” They should click back. Chat up your guests here and at your place. The more links you click on, the higher the chance your new friends may subscribe to your blog.
Rock out with the Wild Rider in the video below-
Now stand up and dance to Follow Me by Muse!
The bar is stocked, the barista is already pouring cappuccinos, and the tasty treats in the buffet were flown in from New York. Nothing is too good for my friends! This is my way to thank all of you for subscribing to my blog. Now you can meet each other! How cool is that?
Spread the word. The more the merrier!
Have fun and don’t forget to dance!
What a great idea! You Susie, definitely rock! I’m in a different time zone so hope I’m not too late to say ‘salute!’
I’m just going to put a link to my latest post and hope that maybe any party goers will be intrigued enough to have a look around! 🙂 http://theamateurcamera.wordpress.com/2013/09/25/weekly-photo-challenge-from-line-to-patterns/

I’m always getting to the party kinda late. Maybe I like to be fashionably late although I’m wearing sweats and a t shirt right now…I would like to dance except that my left knee is filled with lot’s of fluid and is not cooperating. But I’ll dance with my arms. 🙂 I’m going to lure my new friends in with a fishing story. http://swimmingtomy50s.wordpress.com/2013/08/27/about-a-boy-and-a-fish/

I adored this post! My dad is a huge fisherman and I forwarded it to him. He will be so happy to read that. What an amazing accomplishment for your son. Of all the reasons to skip school, you can’t beat that. 🙂

Well I wanted to stop by earlier before all the good appetizers were gone, but alas I was not able to swing by until now. Glad the bar’s still open.
I recently posted about my trip to Disney World, complete with video footage of what it’s like to take the plunge down the Humonga Kowabunga. Check it out. http://www.jansenschmidt.wordpress.com
I’ll look for you all there.

Hi Susie and friends!! Thanks for hosting. We don’t play rock over here in Thailand. It’s K-pop or bust, learn to love it (or live with it in my case).

Hello Susie – sorry, late as usual – I was on the train yesterday listening to Muse funnily enough – the man sitting next to me had such hairy forearms they had a centre parting. These parties are like crack! I don’t mean we can actually get crack here. I think I mean that you can’t have just one (link) that is? To clarify that last sentence, I know we can only leave one link. But we can try several other bloggers’ links and say Susie sent us. All in all, perhaps this makes these parties more like potato chips than crack as I have enjoyed a few parties here as well as several other bloggers’ links.
Parties at Susie’s are the best. Bet you can’t enjoy just one link, too. I will enjoy several, thank you very much. Speaking of links, I brought a link of my own to share as I’m late to the party once again, but it’s spilling over to Friday as all good blogs, I mean, parties, do: http://bobskelley.com/2013/09/27/reboot-friday/
The avocado dip is just marvelous. Ramble on!

I saw a woman crying at a bus stop a few days back, and was mesmerized. She inspired this post on sadness and letting ourselves feel. (Yeah, more pity party than rockstar—but there’s a reason many of the best songs are sad! Hope there are still some chips and salsa and margaritas left! Sorry to be so late. The past few days have been non-stop busy.
2012 was a hell of a year; I lost both of my parents. Here’s a post a few months after Dad died, when my mentally ill mother became so manic that she lost all touch with reality and had to be hospitalized. http://mariner2mother.wordpress.com/2012/04/14/when-will-she-come-back/. Just know that 8 months after this post, my mother took her life.
Susie! Thanks for having these parties and inviting us all. Gonna go visiting now.

Hi Susie! Have spent the last hour visiting the great party blogs above. What a wonderful hostess you are, what a generous, indomitable spirit you have (hope you’re feeling much better by the way).
Probably too late, but I’d like to add a post with a few laughs (hopefully), asking – Are you a hedgehog or a fox? Most people can identify themselves immediately.

Sorry I am SO late to the party, but that’s kind of how we roll down here in Miami, Also, it took me a while to work up the courage to attend a party since I’m still a bit shaken about what happened last time, which was this:
