Drop a Link and Share Blog Party!

Breckenridge ice castle

Do you want more blog followers? Would you like to increase views on a post? Here’s your chance because it’s Blog Party Time in an Ice Castle!

Drop a link to ONE of your posts in the comments. Add a short hook enticing readers to read it.

Two will put you in Spam Prison. It’s so embarrassing for both of us. I don’t usually notice for hours or even days!

Then come back to the party and click on at least THREE others or read ALL of them!

When you comment tell them, “Susie sent me,” and they might click back to your place.

Here comes the part where your views may spike.

Share them on your favorite social media – Twitter, Flipboard, Stumbleupon, Facebook, Pin it, or all of the above.

This is a great way to build community. When you find a blog that you enjoy, follow it. They may subscribe to yours!

I’ve had drop and hops before where the main focus was to read and subscribe. This adds a little more fun to the mix by sharing the article. That way views will soar!

Breckenridge ice castle

This is party time! Let’s have some fun.

Explore the icy rooms of the castle. Keep warm with a coffee drink or hit up the bartender for your favorite beverage. Help yourself to the buffet including hot bakery from France and tapas from Spain.

These parties always become ragers and last for days so stop back anytime!

Most important?

Don’t forget to dance! Music courtesy of my son, AKA Chuck Shadow.

  1. I’ll be reading you all and catching up on so many of the great blogs here over the next few days. It’s a beautiful NYC winter weekend and the weather is terrific so I have not been on the computer much. Taking in sun and warmer temps to be outside.

Thanks to all who read my blog link and commented!

  2. https://raallenauthor.wordpress.com/2017/09/04/mood-board-your-book/ This blog is about making a mood board to help you write your book or give you inspiration for a story if you are feeling blocked. I normally blog on writing subjects from a mindmap I would do for our writing group. The mindmap gives you an overview with images added to reinforce the topic and the words on it are like crib notes. We would talk about the topic and if any aha moments came to you then you could note that down too.

  3. Hi Susie and friends. Thanks for the invite. I’ll do some reading and catching up in a wee while.

I’ve recently started a 2nd blog site to focus on 17 syllable poetry – very short pieces, not haiku. Picking up on stuff in the news, daily prompts and whatever occurs to me. It’s a very exclusive little blog with only a few members at present, but I’d be delighted to have anyone pop over for a look. A recent piece from the news is here: https://wp.me/p9t2T6-6q

    Cheers,

    1. Hi Frank! I recently began a second blog as well, and much to my surprise, I’m finding that cultivating different styles of my writing in separate places is proving to be quite fun and transformative. I hope you are likewise enjoying your new project.

  4. (I realize I’m a little late… haha…) But, hey guys! I loved checking out y’alls blogs! 😉 I look forward to these blog parties.
So, I am the creator of The Weekly Adventurer. A lifestyle blog where I write about my travels and adventures with my friends and family! Definitely check it out. https://theweeklyadventurer.wordpress.com/

I am in the process of creating a blog with my friends at the moment. We don’t get to see each other often, so we decided we could create a blog to stay connected and do something fun together since we don’t do it anymore… it’ll be out soon…
