The Wild Side Podcast is off to a great start, thanks to you! I hope you’ve been inspired by my London Bloggers Bash friends and have been blown away by Jim Cram, interviewed at 101-years-old. I’ve taken many of his longevity tips to heart and have rethought my own bucket list. If you haven’t listened, the first two episodes can be found on your favorite platform.
In the next episode of The Wild Side, I have the immense pleasure of interviewing August McLaughlin. She is sure to empower and inspire you too.
I originally met August through blogging. I was thrilled when she agreed to be interviewed. The picture below includes August and several other blogging friends and family at a meetup in California.
August is a health and sexuality writer, and an author of a new book released a few days ago, Girl Boner Journal: A Guided Journal to Sexual Joy and Empowerment. She is the creator of Girl Boner® and hosts Girl Boner Radio. Whew! She is a super busy lady.
Needless to say, August was a professional Vogue model too.

What a dear sweet PB, you have August. What a delightful and warmhearted interview Susie, it really was, both of you ladies have the most pleasant of voices, and awesome personalities. You being the best Interviewing personality and August, her being the lovely radio personality that she is, she was very real, down to earth, as are you Susie. I can understand what she was convoying there about having an inner desire to express one’s self, and yet awaiting for her opportunity coming and unfolding. Finding her comfort zone in self expression in the Media Theater of which she came into. And with her being based out of Burbank, So. Cali. I use to listen to 106.7 KROQ. Licensed to Pasadena, Calif. Hosted by Shadow Stevens – followed by Rick Carroll – I would love to have a cup of tea with either of you Susie or With August, and if would really be a hoot if we had a rendezvous ‘in – public – I would love to be interviewed but two ladies. But for I am way to shy. 🙂
